  • Why learning with ISTA online'

    Why learning with ISTA online?

ISTA’s Professional Development & Learning (PD&L) experiences are crafted for arts educators and school leaders seeking practical, creative, and forward-thinking training. Our virtual sessions offer high-impact learning in a concise format—combining reflection, collaboration, and skills development, all without leaving your workspace. Whether you’re an arts teacher looking for fresh strategies, a practising artist refining your craft, or a school leader exploring innovative approaches to arts education, ISTA’s sessions are designed to support and inspire. All participants receive an official ISTA Certificate of Attendance. Sessions are led by internationally recognised arts education professionals and aligned with global best practices.

  • About The Workshop Leader

Kassandra Fineberg is an international theatre educator and arts leader with nearly 20 years of experience in schools around the world. Currently serving as Assistant Head of Academic Development at UWC Dilijan in Armenia, Kassandra is passionate about empowering students through storytelling, creativity, and the deep connections that come from ensemble work. Kassandra’s most recent original devised piece, And They Remembered, was created for the 10th anniversary for UWC Dilijan and explored the painful global issue of genocide. The work focused on the intergenerational tension that exists between the imperative to remember and the burden of the story.
