We are looking for a strong, passionate, and dedicated Board Member to join our team. You’ll play a key role in guiding our vision, shaping strategy, and driving the success of new and exciting initiatives.

- Strategic mindset: You understand how to turn ideas into actionable strategies. You’re comfortable analyzing challenges, weighing risks, and helping steer the organization toward sustainable growth.
- Leadership and collaboration: You can inspire others, listen deeply, and communicate clearly. You’ll work closely with fellow board members and the leadership team to set priorities, evaluate opportunities, and ensure alignment with our mission.
- Industry insight: A background in digital business, creative industries, or technology is a strong plus. You should understand how innovation, design, and digital strategy come together to create meaningful impact.
- Operational awareness: You have a grasp of financial and organizational dynamics — budgets, partnerships, and long-term planning — and can help ensure responsible and scalable decisions.
- Problem-solving: You approach complex situations with clarity, creativity, and practicality.
- Adaptability: The digital landscape moves fast. You’re eager to learn, open to new tools and methodologies, and proactive in staying ahead of trends.
- Integrity and commitment: You care about transparency, accountability, and contributing to something that matters.
